1. Heavy in Your Arms-Florence and the Machine

This wasn't how it was suppose to be. It wasn't ever meant it be this...draining. A love like this should feel like floating on air instead of drowning. Even after all this time...nothing has changed. Neither of them were as strong as they thought and this magic called love slipped through their interlaced fingers. What could they do but try, and fail, to swim against the current. "I love you" even failed them now...so heavy was this love...weighing them down like shackles. Could they ever break free? Would they ever fly? Or would they drown in this sweet dark love?

2. The Transition-Hawthorne Heights

It began as it always did. Wake in the morning to sunlight pouring through windows and arms wrapping him in a tight embrace. He smiles and glances at his lover thanking all the gods above he was graced with such an angel of a husband. And soon...a father. Stroking his flat stomach he thought of everything that had brought them to this point. The late night hanging out then casual cuddling/kissing then finally this: utter bliss.

3. Stereo-John Legend

The strobe lights only serve to highlight the curves of the man in front of him. That willowy frame can move and gyrate with the beat of them if he let himself be free. But both knew he would only stay for tonight. Never more, never less and as Derek watch Spencer Reid move he made one of his own. Softly, sadly he spared one more glance at the young man and turned, walking away. Spencer expected this and turned, still dancing to the other side of the room. It could never go further than this.

*4. Jamie All Over-Mayday Parade

The Vegas sun shone down on Spencer and he sighed. Home yet again, and with his team too. There is the street he walked down too many times and a few miles away is the high school he attended. And...in a cemetery lay the last piece of his past...of his heart. No one knew about him or what really made Spencer become a profiler...and they never would. Now he's moved on and, currently was with Morgan but the love he buried called him home once again. Hello Sin City.

5. Get Out-The Color Fred

Derek Morgan had been in some horrid relationships, trusted the wrong people but now he knew he could trust Reid. Everytime except now: behind the wheel. It's not that Reid couldn't drive well it's just he was kinda reckless, fast-paced for a genius. At least that's what Morgan thought went Reid started the SUV. Here's to hoping...

AN: ok that was my attempt at the iPod shuffle challenge. I know there's suppose to be ten in all but I didn't feel like doing more that five.

*number 4 is an hunt of an idea that has been rolling around in my head for a which now. Basically Spencer had a secret buried in a Vegas cemetery, a lover who had died and whose death pushed him to become an FBI agent and he feels the pull to see the grave every time he's there but never does.
