Sam stared out the windshield at the apartment buildings. They weren't the same ones he remembered. A lot had changed in the years he'd been gone. The library was still the same on the outside but more of the inside had been converted to computers and technology.
Sam wasn't sure why he'd come back here. He missed Dean, horribly. Losing Bobby and the rest had been bad but Dean had been the worst.
Sam took another nip from the bottle lying in the seat beside him and continued to stare at the place where he and Jess had once lived.
