The Last Hero

What was Percy up to these days you might ask? He was killing monsters, blowing up ships, losing friends, commanding an army of teenage demigods, and trying not to bring the end of the world into existence. Fun weekend, right? Wrong!

Currently, our young demigod hero Percy was drenched in sweat and blood. Panting and wheezing, he broke down the Olympian door to find the monolithic, ruthless, backstabbing, evil, crazy, moronic, betraying Luke Castellan in front of him. Luke's blue eyes seemed to burn into Percy's green ones until Percy could look no longer.

Behind Luke was a golden sarcophagus holding the Dark Lord VOLDEMORT! Wait. I mean the Titan Lord Kronos! Yeah. Sometimes the narrator gets too many books to read okay? Every time a person opens a book, it's always, "Narrator this! Narrator that! Tell this story! Tell that story! GAH!"

Okay... I've recovered myself. Now back to the story, Percy charged towards the monolithic, ruthless, backstabbing, evil, crazy, moronic, betraying Luke Castellan. Luke easily blocked and cut of a sleeve of Percy's shirt. Percy angrily kept attacking. But since Luke was more focused and skilled, he easily was able to counter and keep slashing and cutting Percy's flesh. Percy looked at Luke as their swords clash, "Stop this and help us defeat the Titans! This is madness, Luke!"

"No..." Luke replied, "This is not madness. THIS. IS. SPARTA!"

Luke struck again and knocked him to the floor. Luke brought down his sword again. Percy blocked and threw Luke off. Percy's frustration and agony grew as he was rising. While Luke's confidence and strength was also rising. Both of them were tiring. Percy kept on attacking for nothing. Luke attacked and succeeded in cutting off Percy's hand.

As Percy's severed hand rolled away, its former owner fell to the floor and yelled out in pain. Luke looked down at him, smirking at Percy's pain, "Percy, you do not yet realize your importance. You have only begun to discover your power. Join us, and I will complete your training. With our combined strength, we can end this destructive conflict and bring order to the earth."

"I'll never join you!" Percy spat out..

"If you only knew the power of the Titans. Chiron never told you what happened to Thalia." Luke said, in a monotone voice.

"He told me enough! He told me YOU killed her!" Percy screamed.

"No. I am Thalia." Luke... Err... Thalia replied.

"No. No." Percy said confused. "That's not true. That's impossible!"

"Search your feelings, you KNOW it to be true!"

"No! No!" Percy yelled

"Then... I have no reason for you anymore."

Luke then took Backbiter and ended Percy's life. The sword runned through the stomach. Then Luke turned to Kronos and bowed, "I pity the fool."

"Good, my apprentice, good!" Kronos cackled, "Now, I make you Luke Castellan, Titan of Strength!"

"Thank you, my lord." Luke bowed.

"Now, go out to destroy the rest of the demigods and the rest of civilization."

"As you wish..." Luke nodded.

Luke turned and left Olympus. Out to destroy the rest of the civilized world...
