C i r c l e
Pros with knives and swords and fists
That rip and tear and break
Through the planning of my list.
They push and steal and take
What I have sat and built upon,
So easily torn down,
And temptation to give in
Is growing more profound.
Keep the four to four I plead,
An out remaining one,
Staggering and on my knees
To do what must be done.
A circle that will never end
But I will rise and try again.
Something I think Leonardo feels, most likely, quite a bit.
What did you think?
