Just a short scene of me arguing calmly with myself in my head, and another part of me absorbs the pain... While another part helps out...
This is in the "Digimon" Section because it has Daisuke in it and made up characters.. Yes they do have digimon, they're just not in this piece of fanfiction...

It was about 2 in the morning. The stars were dull tonight and there seemed to be nothing special going on. High up on a cliff top stood Rachel ( Rach ), looking out onto the grass fields below.
"Nice night for standing out isn't it?" A girl said. She seemed to be the twin of the real girl, Kazuko. Who, now, was fast asleep inside the house.
"Yeah," replied Rach. "I was just thinking... I don't think Kaz can really hold out for that much longer."
"Really?" Said the girl. "Shes strong, she probably will. Besides you don't want to do anything to provoke or annoy Dai."
"Yeah I know.. but I was thinking.. If he doesn't show up for her birthday again.. along with all of the other stuff tied into it.. how much pain that would be? And if she could take it," Rach murmured. "I mean she's been through alot of shit already too."
The girl stood there thinking for a minute. "You're kinda right.. but she's got us. And she's got Daisuke, by the way he managed to put her to sleep."
"I thought he would, he always seems to get her good, sweet side. If only Dai realised that."
"I think he has, he just has problems of his own right now that need to be sorted out before he can help her. He already is.. a little bit and once in awhile."
"Yeah I guess you're right.. but still think about how much Kaz would weaken.."
"Yea.. well she has us with her.. that should get her through that. If she just holds on for another few years I'm sure she'll get throught it. Espicially if she has the advantage of being able to call him every month. That'll help both of them out.. Don't you remember how happy he seemed to be when she called? If Dai listens to Kaz and lets her help him, I'm sure they both can be happy.. together.. and get each other out of a depression-like case. That'll form a bond not easily broken... a bond that will last forever.."
"Yeah I guess you're right.. let's just both hope that Dai shows up for her birthday.. and maybe stay with her the whole time, just to show her that he's really sorry for everything.. he's gotta apologize you know... If he can't even do that well then i'm sorry to say this but, he's a Fucking Emotion-Less Asshole."
She turned around and walked back into the house before the girl could say anything. She merely nodded in agreement and walked back right behind her. Before she stepped into the house, she turned around and glanced at the moon. A soft breeze blew her hair over her face and she turned around and stepped inside, closing the door behind her.
Inside the house, a finally resting Kaz was sleeping in Daisuke's arms. As the door closed, a single tear rolled down her cheek and Daisuke moved forward to comfort her...
