Ahh, sorry, this was supposed to be for BBxRae week on Tumblr, but unfortunately, I didn't have any time! Anyways, I am going to use the prompt "Day 3-Inner Demons," because I like it the most.

Enjoy!

Panting.

Claws against dirt.

The scared shuffling of his prey, his pitiful victim, who he is going to tear with his teeth.

It screams in terror, it begs for mercy. It yells for help, and he knows he should stop, he should fucking stop, but he can't stop. He runs his tongue all over its body, lapping up the blood and sweat and the pure fear that is just radiating off his victim.

He is then satisfied, he starts to walk away, and then takes a quick glance back at his victim slowly dying in a pool of its blood.

Of human blood.

Beast Boy woke up in a cold sweat, rocking back and forth. It was the same as all the others, except this time it wasn't just a squirrel or a bird or even a deer.

It was human, and he remembered…

The screams were that of a girl.

Beast boy shook it off, and then decided to go see the one person who probably understood the best, the one who had an inner demon too.

Raven, who was probably having an episode with her demon too.

There are millions of people kneeling in front of her, the titans all in a row, the ever so mighty TITANS, now kneeling. Their leader, the measly Robin, the mere, pitiful human, who didn't have any special abilities, tries to stand up.

She merely laughs. A cold, yet strangely jovial, a pure essence of evil, of Rage.

She sends a zap of pure black magic, forcing him to kneel, jerking his limbs back into place.

A part of her is screaming for it to stop. This is the very thing that she was afraid would happen, why she was reluctant to join the Teen Titans.

Then the green boy, the little scrawny one, the one who made the stupidest jokes, comes forward, stands up.

He has less trouble, for some reason, for some ridiculous reason. He staggers forward, panting with every step.

"Raven, I know you're in there…." he rasps, the words barely coming out.

She is in there, she wants to acknowledge him, to say, "Yes, you dimwit, I am! Any more obscene questions?"

But she can't.

She can feel her fingers raising, her hands tingling with magic, and then…

He is gone, not a trace left.

She screams, but no one hears her, obviously, they hear her rage, her cackling, the voice saying "Who's next, dirt?"

She killed him.

One of her friends.

She is as bad as Trigon.

Raven wakes up in a cold blooded sweat. It was never this bad, NEVER. She is rocking, taking deep breaths, trying to calm down.

She cannot calm down. She has committed cold-blooded murder.

She doesn't have to go seek Beast Boy, he will come, most definitely.

But she needs reassurance that her friend isn't dead. She walks to the door, opens it, and-

There he is.

He sees the look in her eyes, she sees the look in his eyes, and they understand.

It was especially bad tonight.

They hug, their hands pinching each other, Raven making sure that he is not a ghost, Beast Boy making sure that she wasn't the girl on the ground screaming on the ground.

They head over to her bed, arms linked.

They sit cross-legged on the bed, and then...

They start talking. As usual.

Okay, what do you think?

First Teen Titans fiction, hopefully it isn't horrible.

Review please!
