This place is so lonely. I would still be living with America because, after all, I am a state of the US. But let us remember that there are 50 states and it's a bit crowded. So I moved out; I didn't become independent or anything, I just moved away until the 'crowded' situation was resolved. But it is lonley here. I have so much space yet, no one to share it with. South Dakota is never around, She is always with Mexico. The only time I ever have company is when California and India come over and our conversations are so boring.
So here I am again, on the couch listening to 'World is mine' by Miku Hatsune. My e-mail is filled with important files from Iceland; I decide to save them for later. A knock at my door is heard. I pause the music and get up to go to the door. A woman with long brown hair is frowning.
"Can you take this child, I don't want it, it has autism" She says. The child is looking at me with big eyes. "He is 2 days old." The age of this kid surprises me.
"And you just want to give him away?" I say in surprise.
"Yup, So will you take him?"
I nod; I always have had a liking for babies. She places the child in my hands and runs, really fast. I look down at the little boy and a thought occurs to me; what is his name?
A little note on the blanket says 'Addison'. So I take my chances and say that, that is his name.
8 years later!
Addison is now 8 and a handsome boy. He does have autism, just as the woman had said. His head was full of light brown hair and he has blue eyes with a touch on green around the pupil. His skin is just as pale as mine. He is so adorable. India comes over every once in a while with her autistic human brother.
"Oh Addison, I can't believe you have grown so much" I said. He smiled happily and went back to drawing his little photo. There was a knock at my door. I got up to answer it. When I opened the door a familiar face with pleading eyes held a little bundle. "W-What are you doing here?"
"Well I had another son and so happens this one has autism too so can you take him?" I sighed.
"Fine, but if you ever come to my house again I will call the cops" I threatened. She nodded and placed a small baby in my hands. This one had blue eyes and blonde hair. And on this blanket it wrote the name 'Logan.'
2 years later!
Addison is 10 and Logan is 2. Logan has the curliest hair I have ever seen. America comes over once in a while to see my human brothers. WAIT!... Did I not notice this before.
You see, since these two where human, than they would grow old and die. I didn't want that to happen, not to my brothers. Was it wrong to have the need to call England and ask if he can grant eternal life on the kids? It felt wrong... It hurt me... By doing this I could ruin there whole childhood. Their friends would die right before their eyes! No, I need to do this... for them...
"H-Hi England, sorry for calling you, I know how early it is in your country" I said.
"Oh it's ok, in fact my alarm clock went off right when you called so, It's fine... So, how is your whole 'saving energy by water' thing going?" He said.
"Good, any way, can you do me a favor?" I asked.
"Sure NoDa, what is it?"
"Well I have two human brothers and I know this sounds wrong but, can you grant eternal life on them?"
"WAIT! YOU BELIEVE IN MY MAGIC!? WELL, OF COURSE I CAN DO THAT!" England yelled.
"Ok so when do you want to come over?" I asked.
"I don't need to, I can do it from my house" He replied and hung up. I hope this will work.
100 years later
I am now 114 years of age, Addison is 113 and Logan is 103. England's magic did work. I love these boys and I could not live without them.
