I stand with my fellow kin.
How long has it been,
Since we all stood together,
All birds of one feather.
All in it for one purpose.
All willing to claw to the surface.
Every elf, man, child, and dwarf willing to survive,
To keep a race alive.
I stand now.
When and how,
I do not know.
My eyes travel to the many torches glow.
They have come to destroy man.
They have come to wipe all of us out if they can.
I can hear there animal grunts, gurgled and mean.
Their bodies thick and broad, not slender and lean,
As I am.
Much innocent blood of the lamb,
Shall be spilled tonight.
