Soulmates. That's a debatable topic. Some say the soulmate thing is a myth, others thrive off of its legends in hopes of finding their soulmate. Take Dean Winchester, for example. He believes with all his heart that soulmates are real, but that doesn't mean he believes you have to be with someone just because they're your soulmate. He, frankly, doesn't care if he ever meets his soulmate. As long as he's happy, he can go on living his life with the person of his choosing, soulmate or not.

Its a bit weird for some. To think that the first thing you hear your soulmate say is tattooed on your skin from when you're born to when you die. Some people have something really sweet on them. For instance, Sam Winchester's tattoo is on his chest, in big italic writing. 'NOT ALL ANGELS HAVE WINGS.' When ever they start talking about it, Dean always says, "Man, this person must be pretty smooth." and then they all laugh about it. Dean has never showed Sam his tattoo, but he tells him 'Its just something stupid and cheesy.' His tattoo happens to be on his right shoulder. He spent countless hours trying to find it, only to be disappointed when he saw that it said 'Your eyes'. Thats it. Who in the hell looks at someone and just says, 'Your eyes'? Sam gets someone really sweet, or really dickish, and Dean gets the awkward person that can't get out full sentences.

It really is a beautiful thing, though. After you hear your soulmate say it, the words go from black to constantly changing colours for about an hour straight. No ones really sure why. Hell, no one knows why the soulmate stuff even works. Scientist have tried for years to figure it out, but haven't found the answer. Some say to hell with it, why worry about it? Others really would like to know the answer. Dean Winchester, on the other hand, just wants to get through his last school year. And even though he's never worried about soulmates before, when his brother finds his, he starts to get a tad worried.

But how can he find his soulmate, if they're mute?
