Len said to Rin, "Hey charge my phone."
She just looked at him and reluctantly did that. When she was holding the phone, it vibrated. Someone messaged him. "What are you gonna do with it," she said.
"My battery is just 45% so I'll need it more than you. You've been charging yours earlier," he answered while looking irritated.
"No, it's not that. I just read the message in your phone. And the battery drained in my phone because I was playing games earlier, remember?" she said while looking smug.
He snorted then said, "So you're invading my privacy. I'm gonna read your messages too."
"Try it if you can. I have a lock on that, you know." She said confidently because she was sure that he wouldn't be able to open it.
"I'll still read it when you're not looking."
She laughed aloud and he laughed too.
"Why're you laughing?" she asked while still laughing aloud.
"Well, you're laughing."
When the laughter died she just smiled and continued to eat. It seems that he's not done yet because he said, "You're probably thinking that it's okay because your messages are just junk."
She laughed aloud and was barely able to said, "That's right. My messages are just crap that you'll feel sorry for yourself by reading it!" Not mentioning her embarrassing chats with a friend. She noted in her mind that she'll delete it later, just in case.
"My messages were crap too."
"I know, so why are you still going on about that. Mom, look at Len."
"How can you call Mom, when you're at fault? You're gonna wash the dishes tonight."
"What! It's unfair. I did the dishes in the morning. You're gonna wash this. You're just finding reasons so that you'll escape your chores," she said knowingly.
"Hai, hai! But you'll still gonna be the one to wash it."
"Hah. I won't do it!"
