A/N: Ok So Here Where Inuyasha's Secret Left Off.
The two of them were still in the tree at nightfall. Kagome was felling better now and was resting her head on Inuyasha's chest being soothed by the sound of his heartbeat. Then Inuyasha spoke.
"Kagome… You asked me yesterday why I was so happy…well it's because you're carrying our pup."
Inuyasha closed his eyes fearing what Kagome might say.
"I'm carrying our pup Inuyasha?!"
Kagome said, as she reached up and kissed him. Inuyasha was overjoyed by his mate's reaction to the news.
"Yeah I started to smell the pup in you yesterday. That's also why I've been more protective of you."
Inuyasha said smiling at his mate. Kagome smiled back at him as she fell asleep in his arms. Inuyasha kissed her on the head as he lifted his head to look at the moon whispering to her.
"Sleep well my mate… my Kagome… my… mate."

Kagome woke up in Inuyasha's arms still in the tree.
"Good morning my love."
Kagome said as she looked up at Inuyasha who was smiling down at her.
"Good morning my mate."
Inuyasha said beaming with pride. They both were very happy with the fact that they were going to have a pup but Kagome was kind of worried as well. Inuyasha smelled this in his mate and put a hand around her back to comfort her as they walked down the dirt road to a small field that the others were camped in. Miroku was one of the first to great the two of them. But he got to close with his staff to Kagome and Inuyasha hit him on the head.
"God Inuyasha what did you do that for!"
Miroku said. Before inuyasha could talk Kagome spoke.
" Oh come on Miroku, you know Inuyasha is allways doing that to people."
Then she turned to Inuyasha and spoke.
" Come on Inuyasha I need to talk to you.
The two of them walked to a nearby river and sat down under a tree, then Kagome spoke to him.
" Inuyasha listen I love you but I think it would be best if we just went back to my time until the pup is born. I know you would prefer to stay here but I really think it would be better if we went back to my time."
Inuyasha looked at Kagome and spoke to her softly.
" It's ok Kagome if you feel that would be best we will go to your time. When will you get it in that head of yours that I love you and no matter where we go I'm ok with it as long as it's with you."
Kagome looked at him with loving eyes.
"Thanks love, oh you look tired why don't you rest for a bit."
Kagome said as she leaned back on the tree behind her and kissed him and then softly pulled his head down to her lap. And as Inuyasha began to fall asleep Kagome whispered to him.
"My poor mate so exhausted you worked so hard these past few days taking care of me and seeing to all my needs. I love you so much and so will our pup. You just rest now my mate now I shall watch over you."
Inuyasha then lifted his head and kissed his mate and fell to sleep with the sun set in his mate's care.
