In Canterlot castle, in a room that was once abandoned and quiet was then filled with the cries of an infant alicorn. The black foal with lite blue mane was snugged in pink onesy and a star patten blanket. The foal was an alicorn, a rare bred of pony, and a filly who had no mother or father left on Equestria. Her only relative was the ruler of Equestria, who was now in charge of running the country, rising and lowing the sun and the moon all by herself. Rasing a child was not high on her priority list, so the child was given servants that would care for her until she could take care of herself. Given who her mother is, most of them wanted to treat the child poorly for what her mother had done to members of their families. The ruler had forbid any of them form harming the filly. They all listen but on nights like tonight none came to calm her cries. It was also times like this that the moon aline and a single beam of moonlight lite up the foal's face. While foal still cried a soft humming could be heard and the foal began to calm

The foal began to smile as the voice began to grew louder.

We knew this day would come, we knew it all along

The foal began to reach for the voice but was met with only moonlight.

The foal gave up and just listened to the tone as it kept singing

The foal began to slowly fall asleep, the voice kept singing but the blanket went to just under the foal's chin and tuck around her.

The foal snuggled up to something but nothing was there, some how a tear fell on the foal.

The first light of the sun began to appear and the voice slowly began to fade.
