Alice POV
I don't own twilight. And Simple plan, which provide "save you".
She couldn't bare it any more; it was just too much to watch him struggle in pain that way.
That was the dark time of Jasper's life. They have just met the Cullens, and now he has started his new diet. It wasn't easy, not just for him, but to her too. She just couldn't stand watching her love, her friend, her sole mate, struggle in pain and that there is nothing she can do about it.
She took a deep breath, she needed to be strong for him, and every time she saw the pain on his face it tears her inside again. He, of course, feels it and sends her a wave of calm and happiness, but the cost for it is too big, it was like he took from his calm and happiness and sends it to her, and all he got was the fear and the pain.
She just wished that she could say something that will take it all away.
All she wants to do is just save him; she knew that this was the end of the process and that this will soon be over and that she will get her jasper back. Even in all this pain she still was madly in love with him. And she knew it will never change, she will forever and ever be madly in love with him, cause by now from the moment they fell in love until this very moment of meeting the Cullns, it was two years and still every smile and every touch, every kiss and every look sends her a wave of crazy butterflies straight to her stomach, to make her feel excited, and she knew that he feels that way too.
Every time she hears his voice it's drowning in a whisper, he looks like he is only skin and bones, like he was dying from some hard disease, it wasn't true but it felt that way. He was so weak and in the first time in their relationship, he was the one that looked fragile.
And no matter what she did, she couldn't make him feel better, but sometimes she set by him and just stroked his hair or kissed his jaw or his chin, and he will tell her that it makes him feel better, and she knew he was lying, but she couldn't do anything but believe her, cause it made her strong for him.
She wanted him to know that she won't give up until the pain will all go even if it takes him forever, she'll be there to pull him up from the ground every time he falls. She will give him strength when he looses hope, she will always be there for him, and he will for her, like she knew he would, like time shows.
