Massie was beyond angry by the time 8:26 came. Her friends were late. Really late. Should she call Claire, and invite her even though she wasn't a true PC member yet? Or should she try to call her friends. She decided on option 2. She dialed Dylan's cell. Ring. Ring. Rin- "Hullo?" Massie sighed. "Hey, it's me Massie."

Dylan gasped. "Oh, hey. Sorry we're late. Kristen's at her house, but I'm on my way."

Massie said nastily, "No, Dylan. You're uninvited for missing my sleepover. It's always been 7:45. What came up that was so much more important?"

Dylan begged, "I'm so sorry, Massie. Please let me come over!"

Massie sighed as she considered this. Should she forgive Dylan for bailing on her? Or should she kick her out of the Pretty Committee?

"Ok, Dylan. I'll give you another chance. Come over as soon as you can, and also call Kristen. Yeah…..bye." Massie hung up, deep in thought about Kristen. And Alicia.

"Hey, Massie. You'll never believe what I just saw!" Dylan burst in wearing silk pj's, and expensive $200 slippers. "What?" Massie asked. "Kristen was over at Alicia's house in the back yard. I heard her voice, and spied on them and Kristen said she was pretending to be our friend, but she wanted to be in Alicia's clique. She betrayed us!" Massie's eyes were wide with absolute horror. "Wow. Ok, we'll pretend we don't know anything for now. Then, we'll plot revenge. She'll be so shocked. Here's my 1st plan!"

Assembly Room

8:15 a.m.

Massie licked her lips in anticipation, and stepped unto the stage with Dylan close behind her. "Good morning everyone! Dylan and I have a very special announcement!" Massie pulled out a voice recorder, and pressed play.

"Massie, Dylan, I have a huge secret. You can't tell anyone. I'm poor."

"Ehmagawd!"

"I know. I wanted to tell you, but I thought you wouldn't like me anymore. I live in some ruddy apartments, and my dad lost his job!"

"So you see fellow classmates. Kristen Gregory has been lying to you for years at OCD! Is this a girl who you would want to be friends with? I don't think so!" The girls were yelling, and glaring over at an embarrassed and sobbing Kristen, who yelled, "Why would you do this to me? I trusted you, Massie!" With that, Kristen turned on her Puma sneakers, and stormed out of the assembly room.

Alicia and Olivia Ryan gasped as they watched Massie and Dylan walk off the stage with their head's high. "Massie? How could you do that to Kristen?" Alicia asked her. Massie rolled her eyes. "And why do you care, Duh-licia RIVERS?" Dylan high-fived her, while Alicia snapped, "Whatever, Massie. You just really hurt her. How can you be so mean?" Massie tossed her curly brown hair, and glared holes into Alicia. "So? I kicked her out, Alicia, because she was hanging out with YOU!" Alicia gasped, as she glanced quickly at Dylan, then back to Massie.
