Dear Rosalie,

My world seems to be turning upside down. To start off, I am bullied relentlessly at school, and there's a boy in my neighborhood who yells bad words at me as I jog or bike on the side walk. You may be wondering why I would write to you, seeing as you're not a main character and all, but you are my FAVORITE character, and I always wonder what advice you would give to me. I seem to feel braver when I wear your necklace to school, I am almost like you. I know, it's weird. Well, it's 9:36 and I have school in the morning (yeah, I know, I'm lucky to be a human and need sleep, so, I shouldn't complain) but Mom's been extra crabby since we moved here to Indiana, so I'd better get to sleep. If she sees me writing this, she'll ground me and take away my necklace! I can't bear the thought of facing Tanya and the other "pops" without it! Or that boy Roy, who yells bad words at me on the street, and the school stairwell. Thanks for listening Rosalie,

Your Friend,

Amy Parker

Amy set the notebook under her pillow, shut off her flashlight and pulled her Twilight blanket up to her chin. She yawned, and whispered to the dark room ,"Goodnight Rosalie". She hugged her russet colored stuffed wolf and kissed it's nose, "Goodnight Jacob".

Just as she was drifting off to sleep, she thought she saw a ghostly figure standing on her large window ledge.
