This is based on the episode from Feb. 9, 2010. It is taken from when Tony, Ziva, and Ducky talk about Tony's recliner.

"Where's Gibbs?" Tony said coming in the bull pen with a coffee in his hand.

"I do not know." Ziva replied as she typed on her computer. When she said this, Gibbs appeared, "DiNozzo, David, go see what Abby has."

"On it boss." Tony replied.

"Tony, is your neck still bothering you?" Ziva asked when she saw him rub it.

"Yeah."

"Here." She said. Ziva put her hands up. Tony flinched.

"I am not going to hurt you, Tony. Turn around." He did so and she massaged his neck.

"Ahhh." He said.

"It is the least I could do for helping me study for my citizenship test."

"You're welcome Ziva," he said to her, elongating her name as she kept massaging his neck. Suddenly the doors opened. They turned to see McGee standing in front of them.

"Hi McGoo." Tony said as he and Ziva stepped away from each other, "What are you doing down here?"

"I was sleeping." He replied, "Can I get in here?" He said motioning toward the elevator.

"Oh, yeah."

"Yes." Tony and Ziva replied getting out of the elevator. For the rest of the day, Tony and Ziva tried to stay away from the other. They were brought together again after the case when they were in the elevator.

"You look tired." Tony said to her.

"I am." She replied, "And sore."

"Turn around." He said. She did as he instructed, but eyed him cautiously. Before she knew it, he was massaging her shoulders. She moved into him a little bit as he did this, trying to stay awake.

"Tony," she asked.

"Yeah?" He replied.

"Can I-" Ziva didn't get to finish, the doors opened, but this time Gibbs stood there.

"Hi Boss." Tony said. Gibbs looked at him and Ziva. Shook his head, and got into the elevator muttering something under his breath.

"What do you think he said?" Ziva asked.

"I heard either teenagers or rule breakers."

"Rule breakers?" Ziva asked.

"Maybe I was wrong."

"I believe your hearing is leaving you as well as your common sense."

"How has my common sense leaving?"

"You sleep in a chair, Tony."

"It's not a chair, Ziva. It's the best recliner in the history of the universe!"

"Sure Tony." She said, "Unlike you and McGee, I want sleep. So, I will start on my paperwork, yes?" Ziva sat down at her desk and started working. A little later, Damon came in. After he and Ziva had said their good- byes, Tony said, "Was that an 'I'll see you, but it may be for a long time', or an 'I'll see you, as in I'll see you?'" Ziva smiled and went back to work.

"Jealous?" Ziva said when they were about to go home.

"No." Tony replied as they stepped inside the elevator.

"Sure Tony." Ziva said smiling, "But you do not have to be." She said softly in his ear. He turned to look at her. Then the doors opened.

Random question: Do you think some of the writers for different TV shows read these? Because I have seen a couple shows with episodes that are a lot like some fanfics I've read. Okay, now….Review!
