This is based off the episode when Franks comes to Gibbs' house with his granddaughter and daughter- in- law, after Tony tells her that Ziva is trying to start over.

"Tony," Ziva said to her partner when her and Tony's charges were asleep, "What did you tell her that for? I doubt it is any of your business let alone hers." She went to the cabinet in Gibbs' kitchen to get a cup and filled it with water.
"She needed something to make her feel better, Zi, she was scared!"
"I know she is scared Tony, but that gives you no right to tell her about my life." Ziva said as she put the cup down.
"Ziva, what can I do about it now? It's already been said and done." He said to her. There was a pause before either one of them spoke again. "Why do you care so much about me starting my life over?" Ziva said breaking the silence.
"Because." He said looking away from her.
"Because why?" She asked trying to look at him.
"Just because okay." He said looking at her now. Ziva looked at him for a moment and then he smiled.
"What?" She said.
"You're cute when you're angry." She glared at him.
"You are infuriating." She said walking away.
"I want to help you." He said. She turned.
"What?" She asked him softly and questioningly.
"I want to help you Zi. You are like part of my family. You, McGee, Abby, Gibbs you are all my family. Gibbs, is my father, Abby, like my little sister-"
"I understand Tony." She said coming up and standing in front of him, "Todah." Ziva looked at him and smiled.
"Anytime Zi." He said as he hugged her. Ziva stiffened for a moment before she melted into the other agent's hug.
"Qué será, será." Tony whispered in her ear.
"Whatever will be will be." Ziva said back, her voice slightly muffled by his shirt.
"You've seen that movie?" Tony asked, breaking the hug.
"No, but the song is very popular Tony."
"Who sang it?"
"Doris Day." She said before walking away again.
"Wait! What movie did she sing it in?" He asked, trying to stay quiet so he wouldn't wake the other two people in the house.
"Go to bed Tony." Ziva said smiling happily before she went to get some sort of sleep, hoping nothing bad would happen.
