This one's really short- just something I churned out on a whim…
The Inquisitor held on to the ledge above the compromised core of the Star Destroyer. His yellow eyes were baleful as they stated out at his nemesis –Kanan, the hated Jedi. He had not killed the Jedi Padawan, though: if Bridger had died, he would have felt it in the Force, and become stronger, much stronger, in feeding off the anger, pain, sadness, and grief that would have radiated off Kanan, even though Billaba had taught him well… Not that it mattered anymore, though. In death, he would become strong, stronger than even Vader. He did not fear death.
"There are some things that are worse than death." Giving Kanan a last, hard, murderous glare, the Inquisitor opened his hands and let go. He fell.
In the next instant, his body met the fiery core. The pain he felt was exquisite, although it didn't bother him. The Sith spread his arms our and embraced it.
Just then, the light of his living soul was extinguished. The Inquisitor was one with the Force.
