"So, what's the situation here?" Alpha-1 said, the wind blowing in his face. "I don't know, command just said something happened downtown." Alpha-5 said. "Told us to bring the big guns." Their conversation was cut short by some chatter from recon copter Bravo. "We're picking up some movement. Keep your guns loaded and your eyes peeled. ETA 2 Minutes." Suddenly, Assault copter Delta was yelling over the radio. "We're hit! Repeat, we are hit! We're going down!" When Alpha-1 looked out the side of the chopper, he saw Delta crashing to the ground with green burn marks on it. "Christ! Hold back!" Alpha's pilot said. The remaining two helicopters stopped dead in the air. "We'll drop you off here." Alpha's pilot said. "Bravo! Provide aerial support!" Ropes flew over the edge of the copters skids. "Drop... Now!" Alpha-1 said. They slid down the ropes onto the ground. "Guns out!" They approached some small meteor that had crashed in the middle of an intersection. Several green figures were lying around it. "God, what happened to these poor bastards?" Strike-2 said, poking the barrel of his gun at one of the figures slumped up against a wall. *CRASH* "What the hell was that?!" Alpha-1 said. "Guns up!" A pair of shadows darted through an alleyway. "Hold it! You, in the alley. Come out with you hands up or we will be forced to open fire." The figures just stood there. "Come out, or we will shoot you!" ️️ One of the figures stepped out into the light. It looked like one of those little grey men from Mars. It raised up some form of pistol. "Drop the weapon!" Alpha-1 said. It fired, hitting Alpha-4 square in the chest. A clean hole went straight through it, like he wasn't even wearing body armor. "FIRE! FIRE!" Alpha-1 said, unloading a clip of ammunition into the creature. It dropped to floor, it's gun bursting into several small metallic pieces. Then, the second figure stepped out. It was at least four times bigger than the last figure. "Oh shit..."
