Prelude
A legend is passed down throughout the land of Hyrule, a legend of a time of darkness. A great evil descended upon the land from black winds bringing with it many monsters. The wind mage Vatti covered the world in darkness and the people lived in fear. One day, a hero appeared, blessed by the goddesses he welded a sword that evil could not touch and banished the wind mage sealing him away.
This legend proved to be true as one day Vatti returned and a hero appeared who pulled out the four sword, the sword of legend. However the legend had not spoken of the swords true power for when the hero pulled the sword out he split into four. With the combined power of four of himself the hero fought across the land until he finally sealed the wind mage in the four sword.
With peace restored, the hero once again sealed the sword in its pedestal to seal away the evil forever. However not legend is told nor is evil ever truly gone, for lurking in the ruins of Vatti's defeat is a darkness that will threaten not just this world, but the very existence of everything, this is the story of an untold legend coming true…..
Rain is falling on the land this evening, leaving the ground moist, even at Hyrule castle. In the royal courtyard stands a double-edged sword, fuller at the hilt and gold with an eye like design, a green jewel on the pommel of the hilt. The pedestal it rests in bearing an insignia with three triangles, one on top of the other two. The courtyard is empty but of some worn pillars, however, the sound of small splashes can be heard growing closer. As the sounds grow closer to the sword, a voice starts to speak.
"They think I can be defeated, that I can be sealed away, they are fools"
A dark figure now steps out into the courtyard, hidden by the darkness of the rain and the night, the figure continues to walk towards the sword.
"I will show then how wrong they are, for I now know the truth, and soon I will have even more power then the goddesses themselves. All I need is to set things in motion once again"
