SPECIAL A/N:

New info...I already have a sort disclaimer there. To make it clearer - I have no affiliation with Rick Riordian aside from having a good chunk of his work.

Now, while this is sort, there are some warnings. There is death, some violence, and mention of torture (which is the strongest bit of violence). Honestly, even while trying to be a "good Christian girl" I...wrote some messed up stuff. Anyway. Keep safe y'all!

A/N: I am not Rick Riordian. I am-not telling you-so there.

1. The anger towards his sister didn't start until he realized something.

She wasn't given homework. He was five and he was reading and writing. Poorly, yes, but still doing these things.

Venus, his younger twin, couldn't do these. She was taught orally by their mother.

But this anger soon died when he saw she wanted to read and write.

Venus wasn't blind; her brain just didn't process letters and words in any letters. Unless they were pictures, but they got bleary if seen as letters.

2. When Mercury and Venus were six, Mercury learned that almost nobody had yellow eyes.

Venus had soft blue eyes while he had fierce yellow orbs.

A drunk and drugged hippie once called him devil spawn. Now he understood.

3. They were eight and Mercury had a two-year secret. He was a servant to Mistress Gaia. She had told him he was a hybrid, the third ever. The Greek and Roman gods feared hybrids. Soon Venus will fear him.

4. They are fifteen in 1985. He had failed to kill her seven years ago. His hate turned to rivalry.

But it was not to last. Venus was stronger than he thought.

Hestia and Hades.

They would pay dearly.

His ghost has destroyed Venus's flying shoes and she plummets farther down the abyss. Mercury laughs.

5. She leaves him to suffer. He will be whipped for eternity.

Mercury and Venus are no longer twins, but enemies.

And little innocent Mercury died when he was six, while dark Mercury died at fifteen.
