It wasn't unusual for the members of Avalanche to wake up in strange predicaments after Halloween. Yuffie one year had officially dubbed them "Candy Hangovers" after waking up with Cat Sith asleep under the couch between mounds and mounds of candy wrappers.
This particular year, Yuffie woke up in an unfamiliar room. The mahogany floorboards were covered in Hersey's wrappers. She groaned when light flooded in from behind scarlet curtains.
"Who turned on the lights…?"She asked groggily. She opened her eyes to see the tall form of Vincent Valentine leaning over her.
"Hiya Vinnie!" She said with a loopy smile. "Happy Halloween!" and she kissed him.

The next morning she woke up in her own bed, Vincent sitting on the chair beside her bed.
"Ugh! Vinnie! How long have I been out!?"
"…About a day" He replied quietly.
"Oh wow! A new record!" When she noticed that he wasn't looking at her, the ninja had to ask, "I didn't do anything overly-crazy this time did I?"
"No. I have business to attend to." If the petite woman noticed his blush during his hasty exit, she made no notice. When the door closed, Yuffie burst into hysterical laughter, touching her lips.
Vincent Valentine didn't realize that Yuffie had a high candy tolerance. She laughed again as she shoved a Tootsie Roll into her mouth. Poor Vinnie had no idea.
