A/N: This is supposed to be set when they are in highschool, not junior high like the series! And yes, the whole team is at Seishun High School!!!

A heavy sigh escaped past her lips as she watched him with the second year. Four years. She had met him four years ago to the day. Echizen Ryoma.
As the older boy ruffled his hair a slight smile passed over her face. She had accepted that he would never like her long ago. It was obvious that he and Momo were more than just friends, and she was okay with that. She had even began calling him her little brother, although that was only to herself, heaven knows how undignified he would be if he ever found out. Sakuno giggled as Horio snatched Ryoma's cap from his head and began imitating him, Arai joining in for Momo's part.
Everyone had changed so much the four years they had been together. Pretty much the whole Seigaku team was paired up and in happy relationships, Kachiro and Katsou had created a formidable doubles team, Tezuka's arm was fully healed, and things were just all around good.
She stretched out on the grassy hill that was her observatory with a pleased air. Shutting her eyes she thought back to when everyone had first come together. She had given Ryoma wrong directions and then he came to Seigaku. She had to wonder what made her like him so much then, he was a jerk! For Christ's sake, he couldn't even remember her name! The thought made her laugh.
"Sakuno-chan!" She sat up and saw Tomoka waving to her from the path running down the side of the tennis courts, "Come on!"
Sakuno looked at her watch and finding their practice to be over, jogged down the hill to meet up with the group. Yep, everything was going to be good from here on out.
