Holy roman empire...
He is and will always be the love of my life, even though he left and never came back.

"Germany! Germany!" A happy voice sang loudly but soft in the warm summer air, "Follow me!"

"Ja, Italy" this voice was not as loud and happy as the other but not as stressed and angry like it was most of the time.

The shorter of the two ran downhill in the wrist high green grass and laughed while facing the bright blue sky. The taller of them was right behind him, taking long steps and sat down in the damp grass just after the brown haired man did.

Brown eyes were searching after shapes and objects in the fluffy white clouds while the blue ones was closed.

It was quiet. For once the shorter didn't talk and for once the taller didn't tell him to stop.

"What are you thinking about?" a deep voice broke the silent after a while.
"Nothing special" the other said and let his head rest in the grass.
The tall man did not ask again even though he was a bit curious of what wasn't important but let it be.

Truthfully it was special, important and beautiful. To the brunette. His head had been full of wonderful memories. Memories of a little boy whit ice blue eyes and blond hair. This place had reminded him. The blue sky whit a small amount of clouds, the smell if wet grass, the birds happy little songs and the small breeze of the wind.

He could imagine said boy running after him as young, could imagine them paint on the hill and he could imagine them saying farewell whit a kiss, promising they would meet again.

But there was one thing he didn't have to imagine, he could just turn his head and see the face of that boy from his memories instead of pretending he was there.

The man next to him did not know this boy and he never will. But it's okay to the brown eyed man, he don't need to do that because it doesn't matter anymore.

Holy roman empire...
I don't love him anymore, even though he kept his promise and came back

"I love you Germany" a voice whispered.
"I love you too Italy" another voice whispered.
