"Please Lord Sesshomaru?"
"No Rin"
"Please?"
"No"
Rin was splashing about in a small lake, laughing and playing. Sesshomaru stood by the edge of the lake and watched over the shimmering surface of the lake with stern, golden eyes.
Rin was trying to get Lord Fluffy to join her in her game.
"Please milord?" She pleaded and ran up to him and buried her face in his kimono, she breathed against his stomach. Rin snaked her hands around his scarf thing (A.N I don't know what it's called) and suddenly pulled with all her might and in doing so made Sesshomaru fall into the cool water.
Rin laughed out loud like bells, a sound that even pierced the demon lord's heart of stone. Her laugh made Sesshomaru's eyes seem softer then before.
SXR
Silvery strands floated across the surface of the water and Rin looked up at Sesshomaru's face, her eyes traced the markings.
'He looks very peaceful'
She thought and laid her head back on his chest and closed her tired eyes. They floated on the water, Sesshomaru as the vessel and Rin lying on his chest as a sacred treasure.
Our bond cannot be severed,
Fate brought us together.
Sesshomaru smiled at the thought.
