Ryan sat at his desk processing DNA from the latest murder when he saw Eric walking down the hallway.
At that moment he wished Eric would walk into the lab and give him a nice long mid afternoon kiss. Sadly this couldn't ever happen because they were at work. Him and Eric agreed to keep their personally and work lives separate. This what people called living in the real world, but Ryan found it to be depressing. He wanted so much more then behind closed doors love from him, but if their co workers found out they were dating a number of things could happen in the negative way. Ryan lean back in his chair still staring at the man in the hallway. If they only know the side of Eric that he saw every night. The man that wraps strong arms around his body after they made love. The laughter after something funny happens, or the sweet words his secret boyfriend tells him at night. The world would never understand nor will they ever have a chance to understand. Suddenly Eric stop turn to Ryan pressing his hand to his lips. Slowly he lowered them and blew. A smile creep across his face.
"I love you." He mouth to the man.
"I love you too." He mouthed back before he walked away.
"Screw the world I will keep him to myself a little longer before I shared him you." Ryan told himself getting back to work, so he could be done in time to meet his sexy man after work for another romantic night.
