It was Christmas Eve, and Star was walking to her room in Marco's house. After celebrating with Marco and his family, making snowmen and kissing Marco under the mistletoe, she was tired out and wanted to sleep, ready to do everything again tomorrow.
She twisted the doorknob and went inside the room, and was greeted with a Christmas gift on top of her bed. Star went to her bed and picked up the gift. She then noticed a note, which she read:
Dear Star,
I know how troubling it is to you without your wand. Your father and I have been getting pretty worried about you lately. And we just want to spend some time with you dear, just to get worries off our minds.
But, we can't visit you this Christmas that people celebrate on Earth, as we have to maintain our kingdom. However, we made you a little gift that should help you out while we're gone. I hope you enjoy it, dear.

After reading the note, Star opened the gift and took a look at what it is. It was Star and her parents in a family photo, smiling in front of the camera. It was also in a picture frame, too.
Star slowly smiles at this, and sheds a tear from her eye. She puts the picture frame on top of the table in her room and quietly says something to the picture:
"Merry Christmas, mom and dad." said Star, smiling.
