A/N: Okay, so this is a Valentine's Day oneshot made for RixieLovesAndy, but anyone's welcome to read it :3

"Rixie!"

I looked up from my novel, the first book in The Hunger Games trilogy, to see Mikey approaching the willow tree I was sitting under.

A pink leaf drifted softly into his hair. I brushed it off and pecked him on the cheek.

"Happy Valentine's Day," I whispered into his ear when he pulled me in close.

"I love you."

"I love you, too." I noticed he was holding something behind his back. I parted the hug. "What's that?"

"I know it's not much, but here." He handed me the most beautiful flower bouquet I've ever seen- a mix of red, yellow, and white roses. "And I know it's a classic move, but you haven't seen the best yet."

"Mikey," I pushed the streaks of blue out of my face. "I love them!" They smelled even better than they looked.

"Good! But like I said, the best is yet to come." As I was failing to hide a dorky smile and put my book into my bag, Mikey grabbed my arm and started to pull me toward his car.

"Where are we going?"

"You'll see!"

I hopped joyfully into the passenger's seat, and Mikey started the car.

One final fight, for this tonight... Andy's inimitable voice came through the speakers.

"Whoa!" Hell, who cares if I sing along?

With knives and pens, we made out plight...

"And I can't go on without your love, you lost, you never held on."

We tried, our best, turn out the light, turn out the light!

After another 20 minutes of out CD's, I just had to ask again. "Where are we going!"

"Somewhere!"

"That's not good enough!"

"Well it's all you're getting!"

We couldn't keep ourselves from laughing.

"Where's your CD case?" I turned around and looked on the back seat. "Aha!"

"What are you putting on?"

"30 Seconds to Mars. They've been in my head all day."

"Same here."

I relaxed in my seat when Jared Leto's voice took over the car. Don't save me, don't save me, cause I don't care. Don't save me, don't save me, cause, I don't care!

Later...

"Where are we?" I can not believe I actually allowed Mikey to put a blind fold on me. "It's cold!"

"Stop complaining for one second!" He laughed.

"It smells like salt. What the hell-" I pulled my blindfold off, seeing the beautiful sun setting over the ocean. Soft waves sizzled onto shore an back into the sand. "Mikey."

He smiled and took my face in his palms. I pressed my lips onto his, tasting my one true love yet again. "There's still more."

"Really?" I took off my slip flops and felt the sand between my toes. Hand in hand, we walked down the shore, for what left like years. Time just stops when I'm with him. My sister tells me that's the feeling when you're hopelessly in love. One day I just started to believe her.

"What's this?" There was a park bench right on the beach, and Mikey insisted that I sat with him. I felt him wrap his arm around my shoulder, and I cuddled into his side. As if on cue, there came to be a beautiful fireworks show. A few "ooh"s and "ahh"s slipped out of my mouth, until the big finale. In huge letters, little did I know fireworks could form words, said, Rixie, will you marry me?

I turned to Mikey, tears already streaming down my face. He smiled expectantly. All I could do is mouth a silent 'yes' and nod, wiping the tears on my arm. I wrapped my arms around Mikey, holding him as tight as I could. We kissed passionately, and now I knew my sister was right all along.

A/N: RIXIE I BET YOU'RE DYING RIGHT NOW ;D
