House of Anubis One Shot

A/N: A day late but it's for the House of Anubis one-shot day thing! Hope you guys like it and read my other Jara story too! If you haven't already

"Hey Mara" Jerome said cheekily as he entered her room for a reason unknown to her.

"What do you want Jerome? I kinda need to be somewhere" Mara told him through gritted teeth, she was annoyed at him for reasons she couldn't quite put her finger on but she couldn't let it go. He knew he needed to get her to talk to him again.

"I just wanted to come and talk to you" he told her as if it was supposed to make her want to stay and ditch wherever she had to be.

"Is that supposed to make me wanna cancel my plans with Mick to stay and talk to you?" Mara asked him frowning upon his cockiness.

"Come on" he pleaded. "We haven't had a chat in ages and the last one was about my family problems, I just want a nice light hearted chat with you" Jerome disclosed to his crush. She looked at him feeling defeated, she smiled as she thought he was right plus she spent every waking moment with Mick so it wouldn't hurt to blow him off this once.

"Fine but just this once, he'll probably just go for a run" she told Jerome as they sat on her bed, he had a big grin on his face and she couldn't help but smile back at him.

"So what do you wanna talk about?" Jerome asked as he stared into his eyes, she stared deeply into his as well. They leant in, caught up in the moment; it wasn't long until their lips met. It was this precise moment that Mick chose to walk into the room. Mara and Jerome pulled away abruptly and she stood up.

"Mara what are you doing? I've been waiting for you downstairs but obviously you've been pre-occupied" Mick said hurt and looking disgustedly at Jerome.

"We lost track of time talking sorry" Mara tried to act like nothing had happened but Mick had seen so that wasn't going to happen.

"Talking! You had your tongue down his throat!" Mick yelled as Amber, Nina, Fabian and Alfie ran out of the girls' room to see what the fuss was about.

"Hey Mick what's going on?" Fabian asked curiously as they came to the door of Mara's room.

"That's what's going on" Mick said annoyed pointing at Mara and Jerome.

"Mick I'm sorry ok? It just happened; I don't think we should go out anymore. I'm sorry but I just don't feel the same about you anymore" Mara told him whilst taking a step towards him. He was gobsmacked and just gave Jerome an evil 'if looks could kill' look and left.

"Whoa did 'little miss perfect Mara' just break up with 'the Mick Campbell'?" Amber voiced in a proud tone.

"I did yes Amber" Mara told her surprised at herself, she didn't like the idea of public humiliation and yet she just humiliated him in front of his friends.

"Wow we are gonna have to tell people this otherwise he'll be telling people that he dumped you and in a harsh way too" Amber told her friend and she didn't want people to laugh at her. Jerome then walked over to her.

"Did you mean that kiss? Does the break up mean you like me?" Jerome asked very out of character like. Mara looked up at him, smiled and nodded. His face lit up from happiness. He leant down and kissed her tenderly on the lips as their friends awed and completely ruined the moment. They shot glares at them, causing them to giggle and return to Amber and Nina's room.
