Im looking for a story where Troy and Gabriella are no longer together but have twins, a boy and a girl. When Gabriella leaves Troy she takes her son with her.
Chad and Taylor are also in the story and have an adopted son called Damian. The twins find out they are brother and sister and try to get their parents back together. I think the boy's name is isiah/izzie and he's involved with a gang.
Gabriella also has another child from some one else that her son hates.
