Day of the Deathscythe

(Soul's P.O.V.)

I Wake up, Not as Excited as I should be. In fact, I dread it.

Just Yesterday, I Got the 99 evil human souls I needed, And the Soul of one Witch. If this had Happened the First time, I would be Very excited, But, Maybe there was A reason for me Not becoming A Deathscythe the first time.

If I had, I wouldn't have realized My Feelings for Maka. Maybe i was meant to Be with her...

No.

If I was Meant to, Me becoming what I strived for, for so long, Wouldn't Tear us apart.

Once you become a Deathscythe, Your supposed to Guard a Country, Or the DWMA if Lord Death says so.

I am supposed to Guard Europe. That Means I have to leave My friends, And Maka...

Nothing I can do now.

I get out of bed, I out on My usual Hoodie and Jeans, I walk Out to see Maka waiting for Me, Smiling.

"Morning Sleepyhead," She says. "You ready for today?" She asks.

"Yeah," I reply. Today is not going to be cool.

We walk Out of The apartment, A truck Would be here to get my stuff Later and take it to the Airport.

Soon we're at The DWMA, I gulp some Nervousness And Sadness.

Then we Arrive in the Death room, Where people turn their Attention to Me and Maka, As we walk to Lord Death.

Everyone Smiles at us warmly.

"Welcome, Today we are here To Congradulate the Weapon Meister Pair, Soul Evans, And Maka Albarn, On Soul becoming A Deatscythe," Lord Death says in his Cartoonish Voice, And we bow. "Soul Has Decided to guard Europe, On behalf of The DWMA, We thank him for this." He says.

People clap around us and Bow in Honor.

Soon the Ceremony is Over and I leave to The Airport, With Black*Star, Tsubaki, Kid, Liz, Patty, Crona, And Maka.

Tsubaki and Liz Cried in Joy most of the way. Black*Star And Kid Argued as They did most of the time. Crona And Maka were talking about me Becoming a Deathscythe.

These were things I'd miss.

"I'LL BET I'LL MAKE A DEATHSCYTHE BEFORE YOU!" Black*Star shouted and Tsubaki Sighed and Facepalmed.

Kid Laughed "I will make TWO DeathScythes before you Can even make one!" He said

I sighed. These Fights I would miss.

Once we got to The airport, Maka walked with me until we got to the Security gate.

"Soul, I need to talk to you," She said as I Turned to her.

"What is It?" I asked.

Suddenly, Out of Nowhere, She Kissed me.

"I'll Miss you, Soul." She said.

"I'll miss you too, Maka, But, I have to go now." I said as My Eyes became warm with tears.

Her eyes became wet and she hugged me before I had to make her get off of me and leave.

I would miss her most of all. Her Smile, Her Touch, Her cooking, Her Presence. I would miss her.

Before I Knew it, I was Crying, And was on the plane, Looking over Death City.

Now I was off to A new life..

(6 months Later)

I am In Europe, With a Meister Who is to Weild me with my time there, But, He's Not the same as Maka...

My new Life isn't going well, Alot of Powerful Pre-Kishins have been running around lately.

I wish I Could go back.

But that, Was another Life. A life long gone now...
