Doctor P.O.V.
I'm so tired of being here
Suppressed by all my childish fears
Rose's eyes met the Doctor's and her eyes showed worry and fear. She lifted up her gun. She pulled the trigger and a blast rang out, the sound of metal tearing from metal screeched and she covered her ears. Torchwood was now just a battleground between the humans and Rose's greatest fear. The Daleks.
And if you have to leave,
I wish that you would just leave,
"Exterminate!" The shot rang out through the building and time seemed to slow down. A fire-like pain flew through Rose's side, leaving her on the ground staring up at the ceiling. A scream of agony rang out and time sped up.
Cause your presence still lingers here,
And it won't leave me alone.
"Rose!" He screamed out, dropping to her side. "Rose, please, don't leave me alone, Rose don't die!" She couldn't feel herself. It was like she was detached. She could see the Doctor's face, feel the blood pooling around her, but she couldn't move.
These wounds won't seem to heal,
This pain is just too real,
"Doctor… Doctor it hurts. It hurts so much Doctor, it burns!" She screamed out.
There's just too much that time cannot erase.
"Someone! We need a medic!" Tears streaked down his face. Rose couldn't feel the pain any longer. "Shh… Doctor." This brought his attention from getting a medic back to her. "Doctor, there's just some stuff that time cannot erase."
When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears.
When you screamed, I'd fight away all of your fears.
A lone tear fell down his face and she reached up to wipe it away. "I'll kill them all Rose, I promise." She cracked a smile. "You don't have to. You owe me nothing. I owe you everything." He made to interrupt but she put her finger on his lips. "I can finally feel it. The world is moving below me, and I can finally feel it."
And I held your hand for all of these years,
But you still have, All of me.
"Don't go Rose. Please, don't go." He cupped her face with his right hand. "I love you Rose Tyler. I love you!" Her head thudded to the floor. She was gone.
