I opened my eyes, lying on cold, hard floor.
"Hn?" I said, "Where is this?"
The place was completely unlike how I thought it wad.
I wasn't wearing my normal outfit, either. It was almost like a royal maid outfit, which rather frightened me…
Something caught my eye from across the room.
"Snowball!" I cried, running towards the white cat plushie.
I grabbed onto it, hugging it.
"I wonder how –he'd- react if I showed him you, Snowball." I sighed, "After all, the others were so cruel to him… About the bear his mother gave him? It wasn't very nice… but I don't have the courage to stand up for anyone…"
I sighed, sitting down.
"Hey, what are –you- doing out here!" Someone called to me, "You're supposed to be cleaning the…" Their voice was caught off, and the person noticed I was slightly different from the person they were looking for.
"Oh wait, you're not her… who are you…?" The person said again.
"My name is… Emera…" I said, confused, "I've been looking for this person… but… I'd rather not mention the name, since this place is confusing me… Where am I?"
"You're in Ivalice's castle… The ruler, Queen Remedi, and Prince Mewt, her son live here. Why?" They asked.
"Ivalice? But it doesn't have a castle…" I said, muttering to myself, "And Mewt's mom is long since dead, and he's no prince…"
"You must be confused with another place, this is most definitely the royal palace." They said, "Now isn't the time to talk, and nor is this the place…"
"Hm..." I said.
We walked down a hall.
"I can feel it..." I said, clenching my fist, "Someone made a stupid mistake!"
"What are you talking about...?" She wondered.
"This is no St. Ivalice! Someone put me in a FAKE COUNTRY!!!" I shouted, throwing my fist in the air, "OR MAYBE ANOTHER WORLD!!!"
"Shush!" She called at me, "You'll get in HUGE trouble!"
"No Twemi here, no trouble!" I called.
"What?" They cried.
"Nothing, nothing." I grinned, "Just a story character!"
"Do you want to get us in trouble?!" She frowned.
"Maybe..." I said, "It might be FUN!"
"You could go to prison..." They said, "Is that fun?"
I quieted down after that. Prison scared me.
