Hey, this is my first one-shot. Enjoy!
Third POV
"Sabrina? Can you read me a bed time story?" Daphne called from the bed room. Sabrina stopped in the hallway and backed up to the door.
"Is that necessary? I mean, we live in a town full of happy-ever-afters. I don't think-"
"Please, Sabrina! Please!" Daphne pleaded.
"Oh alright. I'll make one up." Sabrina sighed, stepping into Daphne's room. She sat on the edge of the little girl's bed.
"How to start..." Sabrina thought. Just then Puck came in and sat on the floor.
"What?" Sabrina asked.
"You're going to tell a story?" Puck asked.
"Well, yes..."
"Then go on." Puck urged. Sabrina sighed.
"Fine. Once upon a time, there was a princess who lived in a high castle. She, uh, had a father and a mother and a little sister." Sabrina started.
"Did this princess have a name?" Puck asked.
"I know! Her name was Sabrina!" Daphne smiled.
"Yeah, sure. her name was Sabrina. Her sisters name was Daphne. She was enemies with a land far away with red ground and shaped like a hand." Sabrina said.
"The Scarlet Hand?" Daphne asked.
"Yup. And...um...one day, the Scarlet Hand...um..."
"Kidnaps Sabrina the princess!" Puck interjected. Sabrina shot him a death glare but nodded.
"Yeah, they kidnap Sabrina and take her to their castles. King Henry doesn't know what to do until Princess Daphne suggests sending knights out to look for the missing princess. the king agreed to it and called forth all his knights. No one dared go to the Scarlet Hand but one brave and rather stupid knight named-" Sabrina was cut off by Daphne shouting, "Sir Puck!" Sabrina glared at her too, but nodded.
"Yeah, sure. Sir Puck. He was the only knight brave enough to ride and save the princess. So king Henry set him out and for days and knights Sir Puck rode his um...pink horse to Scarlet Hand territory."
"Awesome." Daphne smiled.
"Puck rode up to the castle and barged in, taking out twenty or so guards with one blow." Sabrina continued.
"Sounds like me." Puck grinned. Sabrina rolled her eyes.
"He found Sabrina locked in a room. He fought twenty guards to get to her. In the room with her, however, was the evil King Mirror." Sabrina said.
"Ohh." Daphne cooed.
"Puck and Mirror had the battle of a century. Blows left and right. Finally Mirror had Puck on his back."
"Oh no!" Daphne squealed.
"Mirror said, 'Give up and you will not die so quickly.' And then Puck said, 'Make me.' He rolled out of the way and dodged a blow by Mirror. He grabbed his own sword and came up on one knee. Right when Mirror was about to strike, Puck stuck the sword in his gut, and Mirror fell over, dead." Sabrina described. Puck and Daphne applauded.
"And then Puck saved Sabrina and they fell in love!" Daphne finished. Sabrina stared at her little sister.
"Uh, no. Good night." Sabrina quickly left the room, turning off the lights.
Well, that was weird she thought. Just then someone tapped her on the shoulder. She whirled around to find Puck with a piece of paper in his hand.
"What's that?" Sabrina asked, pointing to the paper.
"Your story." Puck smiled.
"You actually wrote it down?" she crossed her arms.
"Well yeah. I thought it was good and-"
"Wait, you thought it was good?" Sabrina stared at him is disbelief.
"Uh...um...well yeah because...because...I was in it...and..." Puck stuttered but was cut off by Sabrina kissing him.
"Thanks." she whispered. Puck just stood there as she ran off. As soon as she was out of sight, he whispered to himself, "And they lived happily ever after."
