"Mom!" Called, Dream. Lilac padded infront of Dream. "Yes, daughter?" She asked calmly. "When will dad be back!" Dream said irritated. Her dad had promised her he would be back by the full moon (which was tonight) to take her to see the stars on the top of Starview Hill. Besides she would earn alot of popularity if she did that because her father was the one and the only, all powerful ruler of BloodClan. Scourge. "I don't know Dream." Lilac replied. A blue-gray cat padded up beside Dream. She turned. "Hi, Dare!" She said. "Hi!" He said back. "Ready to pratice our fighting moves?" He asked. "Yes!" Dream said. "Come on then!"
Dare and Dream crouched into a fighting crouch. For a minute or two no one moved. Then Dream jumped forwards at Dare she was aiming for his back. But he dodged. He jumped towards her and accidently pushed both them down a hill. they were rolling and rolling until they landed with their belly touching belly, nose to nose. Dream and Dare blushed hard then, they got up. "Are you ok?" Asked Dare. "Yeah. You?" "Never better. I say thats enough for one day. Come on lets go." With that he and Dream got up and padded back home.
When they returned they were in for a suprise. Alot of cats were gathered around. "Woah! What the freak happened?" Dream spotted her mother, Lilac, crying. She ran up. "Mom? What happened?" She said worried. Lilac looked at her sadly then, pointed with her head towards the group of cats. She padded over silently with Dare on her heels. When she got to the group of cats they moved out of her way. She padded up to find the body of her father lying there limpless. "No!" She cryed. She placed her muzzle into his fur. She looked up to see Dare above his father staring in disbelief. "How? Why?" He cried. Who ever did this will pay someday. She thought.
