One evening both the beautiful and intelligent Lily Evans and the arrogant Quidditch player James Potter were in the Gryffindor Common Room. Teasing each other as usual... Lily telling James her thoughts of him, telling him he was so over confident... To boastful and arrogant. He shot things back but none compared to what she said to him in her retaliation.
James Potter since he saw Lily Evans was almost shall we say head over heels for her. Her long red hair, her emerald green eyes and her down right gorgeous smile to match.
Lily Evans however was trying to deny the fact she liked him regardless of what she thought of him since she saw him the first time. His messy raven hair, his hazel eyes that often peered into hers, his cheeky yet dashing grin he wore...
He drove her mental... But in the almost good way.
This night though was a sudden realisation that... That they liked each other and not just as friends. They had real feelings for each other that were opened to the world by just sharing one kiss. But as was said this kiss changed everything... Changed everyone. This was the first step to their future.
Their bickering soon turned to playfully pushing each other and then soon became a game. Soon tackled to the floor the two started to laugh. Then they turned to look at each other. Green met hazel and James shuffled closer to her, he traced his fingers across her jaw line and soon their lips met.
Either was unresponsive to start with as both were shocked with the situation at hand but soon that was brushed away and it was unimportant. What was important was this kiss.
To them it meant a whole 6 years was pushed behind them and a new road lead off far into the distance for a positive and beautiful future.
How one kiss could change the world... No one but them will ever know.
It was a special kiss.
