"This isn't right, I get one of two of them... but all of them"... A man sighs and puts his head down before there was a loud noise behind him that showed a red and black swirl opening. "... Raven?" The man asked in a questioning voice before the sound of a motor was heard running gaining an "Ooh". What came through the swirl of black and red swirl, or rather a portal was not his sister but his niece, Yang Xiao Long along with her teammate and Ruby's Partner, Weiss Schnee. "Uncle Qrow, where's Ruby?" The blonde more demanded than asked. "She's inside cooking with the others, I'll bring you both to her". Qrow lead the way for Yang and Weiss.

Team RNJR was in the kitchen cooking for the huntsmen that Qrow'd be bringing back with him. "Alright, the first batch is just about done" Ren said as he continued to stir the contents of the large pot. "Awesome, now we just need Qrow and we'll be all set" There was a few seconds of silence before the ginger girl of the team spoke up "Do you really thing he's going to bring That many people?" she paused for a moment "This is a lot off food" Ruby sighed "I dont know, but it sound like we could use all the help we can get". After saying this Qrow called out that he was back, and little dis the team know that Yang and Weiss were with him watching and hearing everything. Ruby called out "I'll be right there" before Ren looked over at her sizzling Pan "You're going to overcook that" Which made Ruby slightly flustered "No I'm not, Shut up" which after Qrow called "Hey, ah Ruby?" "I'm coming!" before a smoke cloud puffed from the pan. "Fine, you take over" she told Ren who shrugged and grabbed that handle of the pan.

Ruby grabbed a tray that had a tea pot and tea cups on it. "So, we didn't know how many people were coming so we just cooked all of it" She said looking down at the tray then looking up and gasps dropping the tray as the contents fell and shattered on the ground. She gasped in a slight panic and held her hands together in front of the middle of her chest before going from a look of shock to a look of guilt. Yang stepped forward a few steps eyeing her little sister. "Yang, I-I, I'm so sorry! I- I Should've stayed and I should've talked to you more and I just... I wasn't sure if you wanted me around and-" "Ruby Rose, do you understand that what you did was extremely dangerous? Running off only leaving a damn note! Do you have any idea how worried dad was- How worried I was?" She stopped for a moment taking a breath. "And why wouldn't I want my baby sister around? Or why did you at least not tell me face to face?" Ruby seemed to be silent with her head down and was surprised when she felt arms wrap around her, enveloping her into a hug as she squeezed her sister. "I was so worried... I Love you so much Ruby. You're my baby sister and I can't loose you" She sobbed and Ruby hugged back sobbing as well "I love you too". They held the hug for quite some time as everyone watched the display before the invited Weiss to join them. Yang sighed and held her sister in the arms patting her hair as she sobbed thinking 'She's okay, she's here' She squeezed a bit then released her sister slightly.

"Ruby?"

"Yes sis?"

"If you ever do anything like this again I will tie you to your bed, lock the windows shut and keep the doors locked. Understand?"

"Yes Ma'am"

"Good"

Sorry about inactivity but after I had Binged watched Volume 5 of RWBY I wasn't satisfied with how Ruby was able to practically get off without getting in any trouble so yeah, this was the product of that.
