An) I'm on a writing spree! I just started Good Boys Don't Cry and finished it in like 20 minutes, then posted it. And now I'm writing this! ¡Thankyou a todos que ha revisado todos mis otros cuentos! Usted tipos mecen. ¡Coma chocolate y gaseosa de jengibre. I have a weird obsession with Spanish so I'm using it a lot. If the Spanish sucks that's cuz I got it off a translator website.

Papá

It was counselling circle-thingy-majig again. All of D-Tent sat in a circle with the sunburnt Mum at the head. He was wearing a smug smirk, trying to decide who to "counsel" today.

Haltingly his eyes stopped on Magnet and Mum began to speak. "So Magnet, do you know why you're here?" he drawled. All of D-Tent snapped out of their daydreams and began to stare at Magnet and Mum.

"Por qué le hace me tiene que escoger, bastardo. Vaya la putrefacción en el infierno!" muttered Magnet angrily. "Jose', you live in America. In America we speak English, not Spanish" he lectured, as if speaking to a five year old.

Sighing Magnet began "I stole a puppy". "Oh really, and why did you steal the puppy Jose'?".

"Yo no quiero decirle. Yo le he dicho demasiadas veces. Se cerró. Los animales merecen ser libre. Así que yo lo tome"

Magnet said angrily. "Jose'…" began Mum in a warning tone. Magnet scowled.

"I lived in the middle class Spanish part of America. We weren't rich but we weren't poor, but it was jodor cramped with all our pets and my three sisters. All my family loved animals but I loved them best. When I was little my papá walked out on us. There were no other guys in our family. I was only three and I didn't understand why he left." He sighed deeply, and struggled for the words to continue.

"At my school you were either popular or you weren't. I was one of the popular kids. Not that I actually liked it, but my friend from ages ago was in that crowd, so I was in it." He blinked and looked down at the hard, dusty floor.

"My mamá wasn't happy about it. She tried everything to stop me from going to the bad popular crowd. But it was too late, I had already started lifting things when I was nine. She couldn't change anything."

"My little sister, Gabriela, was my favourite sister. She was only nine when I came here. Ella clase de fue a mocoso y peleas escogidas al colegio. If there was ever a reason I stayed with my family, it was her. Her favourite animals were puppies." He carefully chose his next words.

"Then one day she changed. She wouldn't reply to me, and kept blocking me out.

I knew that she had been troubled at school. So I was hanging round the pet shop one day and I saw the puppy. It was locked up in this tiny little cage and they wanted $1000 for it, seriously."

He drew in breath, exhaled with a troubled look in his eyes.

"So I went back the next day and lifted it. I nearly got out if my pocket started barking!" he stopped and mum looked at him.

"There was another reason, wasn't there. Tell me what it is Jose'".

"Haga ni moleste. Yo no soy gonna dice ya." He started angrily "No".

Mum stared at Magnet. With a finalizing tone he said "Ok, sessions over. Go to bed. We'll continue next week."

Slowly everybody wandered over to their cots and crawled in them. Most of them were instantly asleep. But not Magnet. He stayed awake, staring at the canvas above him thinking about his past. And slowly he drifted of into an usettled sleep thinking about his Papá….

Not my best, but it's ok. Could've done better. If you want to translate it copy the part and search for Spanish translator on google. Should give you the meaning.
