Mary Scott is the illegitamite daughter to Dan Scott and Half sister to Lucas and Nathan. The tree of them are as far apart as they could be, but their relationship is about to change. Start at season one and follows the series

Tree Hill High is an average school, and surprise surprise it's filled with average students and average teachers. Really it's the same as any other high school, it's got hallways and lockers and classrooms. But what separates Tree Hill High is the absolute love of basketball. It is the most recognised sport in all of tree hill, maybe even the only sport; do we have a football team at all? Anyway basketball is all that matters and if you are good enough to play you could matter too. Especially if you're a Scott.

I am a Scott, Mary Scott. The only and illegitimate daughter of Dan Scott. It's really not that uncommon as Dan has to other sons but he only recognises one of them as his child.

You see, Dan got his high school sweetheart Karen pregnant during senior year and left her behind to go to college.

Who would have guessed just three months later that Dan's college girlfriend Deb would get knocked up too? Or that he was cheating on Deb with my mom Beth, who he impregnated as well.

So the end result was Lucas, Nathan and I. Not that we even knew each other, just that we could never be friends, let alone siblings because Dan has taught Nathan to hate Lucas and I, and me and Lucas run in completely different circles. And I for one was happy with that.
