Looking through his things, John Watson furrowed his brow when he noticed that something very important to him. His dog tags from the war. Looking through all the drawers and even in his closet and in every jacket and pocket, he had no success finding them. Sighing, he went to find his flat mate. "Sherlock?" John called as he pushed the door to their main room open. The fact that Sherlock had no shirt on wasn't surprising, however what caught John's eye was a chain around his neck. "Oh, hello John." Sherlock causally greeted, a soft smirk on his face. "Sherlock, you're wearing my dog tags, aren't you?" The former army doctor's gaze lowered, surprised that he didn't expect this outcome. "Is there a problem?" The detective asked, chuckling softly. "Take them off!" John demanded. "They're important to me and I'd rather not have you wearing them!" "You make some valid points, however, I like wearing them."
"Sherlock, seriously."
"I want to wear them."
"Take them off!" John huffed as he walked over to Sherlock. "Fine, fine." Sherlock smiled softly. "However, I have a price for them!" "Sherlock, they're mine. You don't need a price." John sighed. Sherlock smirked softly and kissed John quickly. Once pulling away, he slipped off the dog tags and handed them to John. "Here you go." John blushed softly as he took the dog tags and went to put them away. "That wasn't necessary!" He called. "Yes it was, my dear John!" Sherlock replied and John smiled softly. "Whatever you say." He sighed, giving into Sherlock once again.
