No One To Notice

Creature of beauty, creature of grace
Let all adore your marble face
Great praise and prestige reaps fame
This alternate dream has pressed your aim

In such high power, you have achieve
Yet you freight with no relieve
What is there to worry about?
Don't worry in bout

Purity glows from your white wings
Gift worthy of all the kings
Why worry? Everything is alright
You don't have to be concerned

Feathers turn from white to black
The fabric of the world begins to crack
Change morphs your purity and innocence
Blood on the dagger, you slowly slip away...

So much power in your grasp
Everyone sees only the fame and prestige
You are beginning to tumble and fall
And no one's there to see you in time

Note*~

Hello, there people in computerland! I haven't watched Black Swan yet, but I did see clips and specials on YouTube, which inspired me to write this. At the video store I went to yesterday, they were all rented out, so I suppose it's good... I am old enough to watch it, but I'm not that fond of horror movies... But the movie has Natalie Portman, and I love dance and ballet in general.

I noticed Nina's "insanity" was kind of like in the play William Shakespeare's 'MacBeth', when MacBeth went crazy, which lead to his demise, so I allude to the knives with blood in the poem.

I noticed this was my first rhyming poem... oh, wow, ha ha!

Hope it was good!

XOXO
