Elle Bishop stood silently in the rain as her life seemed to flash before her blue eyes. Everything she had done with her life was gone and now she was left with nothing but sorrow and regret. Her father was gone and so was the job she had possessed for years. All gone in a flash thanks to one man who managed to destroy everything in an instant. With each passing moment tears began to fall making the pain that had been hidden for so long resurfaces with such force she was having trouble breathing.

She wondered with fear if Noah Bennet had been right all a long and her father wasn't the person she thought she knew. Elle could barely remember a time when he said I love you back. She would always say those small words because they were true. She did love her father even though she was almost sure he didn't care about her truly. There were signs that were telling her that her own father thought of her as nothing more then a chess piece needed to win a heated match. He had willing risked her life by using her as nothing more then bait in hopes the company would be able to actually capture Sylar again.

Elle Bishop was twenty four and completely lost as to what she was going to next. Her job and home were gone in a flash thanks to Angela Petrelli. She should have been trying to find a way to stop Sylar and kill him for murdering her father. But she couldn't feel anything anymore. All but one of her emotions was numbed and washed away. She only felt sorrow and its stabbing pain with every thought about her nearly meaningless life.

All her life she had wanted nothing more then to make her father proud and she tired with all her might to do everything that would make him happy and show her some fatherly affection. Half of her life was a mystery and she often wondered what had really truly happened to those missing years. There were only bits and piece left from her childhood and yet she wanted to know what had happened.

The memories she held within her heart were nothing truly special or worthy to even have. However, there was one she would never let go of because with that memory she actually felt something she never truly felt before; Love. She would always remember the kiss she shared with Peter. Yes he might have done that to distract her from Adam and he's plans of escaping. But it was her first and only true first kiss and she would never as long as she breathed forget what it felt like.

Her breathing was shaky as she realized everything she had ever known was truly a lie. She could no longer stand still and allow everyone to pass by her and feed her more lies. She needed to find answers and she wasn't going to stop until she filled in the blank spaces of her mind like a painter filling in the canvas with paint. Elle Bishop's life had been nothing more then a perfect beautiful lie.
