The story is set so that the chapters alternate between Lavender and Hermione's POV while Lavender is dating Ron. Not much of a plot, other than the jealousy and the one created in HBP by JK Rowling, but it's sure cute! (:

Lavender
You see Ron across the room, as he sneaks occasional looks at Hermione as she reads some monstrously huge book again. Seamus just broke up with you, and you can't believe that it happened. You almost loved him, maybe you even did and just didn't admit it to yourself because you were afraid that he wouldn't feel the same way about you, and in the end he didn't.
Ron is the total opposite of Seamus and you think that maybe that is what attracts you to him. Seamus had a dirty sense of humor and always wanted a snog, but Ron is so innocent to relationships and you feel as though you can trust him.
At first you just thought he was immature and stupid for not doing his homework on time or for not studying. Then you started to really notice him, and his bad qualities faded away and they were replaced with his good qualities like how he can always make you laugh and how his eyes are so expressive that you can tell every emotion in his eyes.
Your mum always told you, "You can do anything that you set your mind to." You've set your mind to him and you will make him yours. No matter what it takes.
Hey all! So, this story is one that I have been mulling over for awhile. I think this has been saved in my "stories" folder for about 2 years! Anyways, today I revised it and changed a little. Sorry the first chapter is so short! A little teaser I guess ;)
