'Please don't be' the raven haired girl thought as she peeked around the tree. Her heart broke into a million tiny pieces. Silent tears ran down her face as she took off in a run.
'I have to get away from here!'
Meanwhile….
A young hanyou hugged the dead priestess in front of him. He pulled away from her. 'Damn kagome was here' he could smell her tears. " Goodbye kikyo". " Good bye Inuyasha I will miss you." "I'll miss you too". A blue light surrounded the priestess then she vanished never to be seen again. (A/N: I'm a kikyo hater but I gave her a peaceful death for all of you kikyo lovers so no flames!) Inuyasha turned and ran after kagome. He followed her scent ' oh no she's going to the well!' he saw her a few yards a head of him, he gave a powerful push off the ground and landed in front of her. " Kagome I can explain-" "save it" her scent was full of sadness and heartbreak. Her eyes were swelling up with fresh tears. ' This is all my fault, she's crying once again because of me' " Kagome please let me ex-" NO" she looked at him her eyes so full of pain and heart ache his heart spilt in two. He couldn't speak she pushed past him. He turned and grabbed her arm. She turned to face him. " Please let me go" " never" he pulled her to him and held her. She tried to push him off, but he held her tight. Finally she broke down and started crying into his chest. "Kagome" she looked up at him. "It wasn't what it looked like I was telling her to go on to hell with out me." "Why, You love her?" she asked more tears forming. " Because I realized" he blushed " that for a longest time I loved someone else" she looked down "oh," she said in a tiny voice. He grabbed her chin and made her look at him. "You, I love you" Her eyes widened in surprise then she smiled " I love you too I have for the longest time" 'phew' then he leaned down and closed the distance between them. (A/N: so fluffy wipes away tear oh sorry…) he ran his tongue across her bottom lip she eagerly let him in. they explored each other's mouths eagerly a low moan escaped her.
They pulled apart several minutes later. 'Damn the need for air' he thought. He pressed his forehead against hers. "Wow" "that's what I was going to say". A slight blush on both their faces. " Its about time", shouted shippo jumping up from his hiding place. " umm… I think we should run now." Sango said noting the look in inuyasha's eyes. They took off running " get back here!" shouted inuyasha he took off after them. Kagome smiled and watched her beloved chase their friends.
