Greg sat in the corner of the locker room with his head in his hands, when Sophia spots him.

She walked farther into the locker room. She tapped him on the shoulder ever so softly.

Greg looked up surprised that anyone had seen him here hiding.

"Hey, are you okay?" She asked, her voice filled with concern. She sat down near him.

He puts on a fake grin. "Yeah, I am okay, I am just thinking before shift."

Sophia shook her head, seeing through the act. "You're lying." She frowned softly at him.

"I am," He frowned. He didn't really want to talk to anyone right now, which is why he had been hiding in the first place. He was trying to compose himself so he would be okay before the start of shift. "I had my deposition for the civil suit this afternoon." He said softly, almost in a whisper.

Without saying anything in response to that, Sophia pulled him into a big hug, rubbing his back. She didn't have to say anything though since she knew how upset he was over the whole matter.

Greg turned his head slightly and rested it on her shoulder.

"Hey do you want to do something after shift?" She asked softly, almost whispering it in his ear.

"We might not get off at the same time." Greg answered, really liking the idea but not wanting to inconvience her especially since it was possible that they would end up on separate cases. He looked up at her with sad brown eyes.

She gave him a warm smile. "Well, I am sure we can try to work it out where we can get off at the same time." She ruffled his hair a little.

"Okay, that sounds like a really good idea. I'd really like that." He gave her a half smile, and she hugged him again, ruffling his hair again.
