The Beginning of the End
Chapter 1
It was two days after the Battle against Voldemort. Harry was up in the boy's dormitory trying not to think about the Battle and especially Ginny. Harry wanted so bead for Ginny to come up to him running saying that she want him back. Harry new that his dreams wouldn't come true that he didn't deserve her that she could do better. Fred, Lupin, and Tonks were dead along with all the others that lost their lives at the battle, and Harry thought it was his entire fault that he should have surrendered sooner. Nobody except Madam Pomfrey has come up to visit Harry. Madam Pomfrey came up only to cheek on Harry and see if she had to mend or heal anything. It was now eleven thirty at night and everyone was asleep, so Harry got up and went for a walk down to the lake. When he got there he saw Ginny and his dream came true.
"Hey Ginny can we talk?" he asked and she jumped. Ginny didn't think Harry loved her anymore cause he hasn't ran up to her and told her he was sorry for leaving and that he loved her and wanted to be with her.
"Yes, I think we do need to talk." She said very angrily. "Why haven't you came talk to any of us? I hope you think it's not just you that is going through a hard time all of us are and…" Harry cut her off in mid sentence but a genital but passionate kiss.
"I know it's just not me and I have come to face the fact that I need you guys now more than I ever had and I need you I need you and love you but I don't think you deserve me so please tell me that you will be my friend. I'm not asking for anything else." He said with pain, but he knew it took some relive off of his chest.
"Oh Harry, I love you to and want to be with you forever, and I'm sorry for getting mad but I hope you know that you do deserve me , and that we will all be there to support you." And with that she got up of the ground and kissed Harry so passionately that it was like their last day on earth to be together. When they finally pulled apart, they just sat there and looked up at the stars together just holding each other.
When the silence was finally broken, it was Harry who spoke up. "I'm sorry for everything, for leaving you, for not coming to talk sooner and anything that I might have done to hurt you and I hope that you will forgive me." Harry said with a tint of frustration in his voice.
"Harry." Ginny sighed. "I have forgiven you and I understand why you did everything that you did, but why do we need to go back to that. Let's start over, let's have a new beginning to everything, our lives, us being together, and our meaning to live on." With that they started to kiss and didn't pull apart until the sun started to come up over the horizon.
"Let me walk you to your dormitory, before your mom gets to worried." Harry said to Ginny.
When they got back to the castle and both were in their beds, they fell asleep only thinking about each other and not about the tragedies of the past.
