The flash Season 4 Episode 1 (Scenes 3 & 4)
Before Joe has time to get himself together, his phone flashes red.
METAHUMAN ALERT!
METAHUMAN ALERT!
Joe calls Cisco. What's going on?
Cisco: I don't know there seems to be an explosion but it's interfered with all the electricity so I can't seem to track where it's happening.
Captain Singh: West, I need you out on the field. There's been a reporting of an electrical explosion and the whole city is gathering together.
Joe: Ok captain, I'm on it. Joe gets back on the phone to Cisco. I'll get the address and I'll meet you there. But don't bring Iris. Just you and Wally.
Cisco: Ok.
Joe and the rest of the police team turn up to the scene. Sirens are going off; people are hurt and they are gathered together in a circle in the middle of the street. Wally and Cisco turn up in metahuman costumers.
Wally walks over to Joe and says, "Do you know how the explosion happened yet?"
Joe says in a puzzled tone, "No, but who's he?"
A samurai stands and makes direct contact with Joe.
He gets his sword out and holds it up pointing it up in the sky.
Cisco: What are you going to do with a sword against us?..
Wally: Yeah.. He chuckles
The samurai brings his sword down and gets on one knee and puts the sword in the ground.
EXPLOSION!
AAAHHHHH! BANG! MOVE OUT OF THE WAY! AHHHH!
Fires start, car alarms go off. The sound of young children crying and screaming is heard. The atmosphere is filled terror.
Cisco: Well, at least we know who's making the explosion!..
Samurai: Get me the Flash or this city will fall.
The samurai walks away.
Cisco, Wally and Joe look at each other with extreme worry.
