Previously:Hiccup has just learned how to control his new-found powers and Snotlout has started to chased him. With the intent of capturing Hiccup.

(It took me 5 days to finish part 1)I am doing this off the bat (without a plan). I recommend that you read part 1 if you haven't already.

Hiccup's POV*

I spread my wings and a game of cat and mouse, in the sky, begins. God, Snotloud is fast. I mean, I already knew that he was fast, but I didn't know he was this fast.

I'm registering not my own speed, actually. I'm faster than Snotlout! I'm staying ahead of him! It's clear on Snotlout's face he's now very frustrated that he hasn't caught me yet. He suddenly swoops at me, catching me off gaurd. He then grabs the end of my tail and I'm yanked towands the ground. I crash into a tree and I'm knocked unconscious.

Snotloud's POV (that point in time)*

I'd done it!!! I caught one of the very rare Night Fury hybrids! Now all that's left is to take it back to the village and I'll be hailed the hero and get Astrid's heart.

I glance down at the hybrid, I feel he looks like someone I know. Hiccup? Why does he look like the biggest whimp in village?

Ignoring this, I grab a random net on the ground nearby and fly my prize back to the village. The guy is surprising light for his height and age, I could guess he's around 15 years old but I could be wrong.

Astrid's POV (10 minutes later)*

A Night Fury hybrid! How in the hell did he find that! As I follow Gobber through the crowd I wonder were he found it in the woods and if there are any others. When I the hybrid I was astonished at the sight. My mouth falls open and I agree with the others when they say "Wow."

Gobber orders for a cage to be ready and I honestly don't blame for doing that. We don't know if he will attack when he wakes up. As the boy is being dragged to an empty cage in the stable I notice something very familiar about him. Like I've seen his face before. Did he look like... "Hiccup?"

I say it out loud as we pass the grand hall. When I said it everyone stops and stares at me. "What! He looks like Hiccup!" Everyone looks at me, then at the boy. "Ye. She's right." said someone. "He is Hiccup!" someone else shouted and I realised it was Hiccup.

At that moment the door to the grand hall opened and Stoick came running out.

Stoick's POV*

When I heard Hiccup's name I opened the door to the great hall and everyone turned round. The crowd parted for me and I saw a teenage boy in the tangled ropes of a net. As I got closer I could make out the feartures of... my son!

I ran forward and began to untangle Hiccup from the net and a few others helped me. When I got him free I hugged him tight and felt for his heart beat. It was there.

That was when he had become a hybrid, and not just any hybrid. A Night Fury hybrid!

I stand up and, with him in my arms, I walked away from the crowd and headed towards his hut. Gobber began to follow me and all the vikings there slowly begin to do the same thing. When I reached his door everyone stopped and let me go in alone.

Hiccup's POV- 3 days later*

My eyelids slowly open and I realise that I'm in my hut. When did I get here? Was the first thing to come to mind. When I sat up, I tried to move one of my hands and then couldn't. I look down to see my dad slumped at the side of my bed. "Dad?" He juslts up amd begins to rub his eyes.

"You're awake," he smiles and hugs me, at first I'm surprised. He never done this before. Then I notice his eyes red and swollen, he'd been crying? I put my arms arround him and hug him back.

"It's good to have you back," my dad says. We break out of the hug. "Good to be back." He helps me out of bed and we walk towards the door.

We open the door together, the door to our new world.
