Once long ago in a time before ours, shadows ruled over the land and shrouded most of it in mystery, one small village however stood out the most. This village was no longer shrouded by the shadows yet much of it was still unknown. The only known fact about this village was that it belonged to the mysterious Unizakonha clan, which translates to "Spirits of the wild". The other villages knew them as the Wildheart family because of their connection with the animals and the spirit world. They were a great clan, many of the men and women had exceptional skills in different areas of combat, magic, medicine and hunting. There was no clan leader or chief, just the Harbinger, a mighty warrior that was respected highly throughout the village. People would go to his house at the highest point of the village, seeking his guidance and blessings. It is said that if one has the Harbinger's blessing they would have good fortune come their way. He would also occasionally go down to the village and give his blessings to new-born children entering the world.
One stormy night whilst returning from his routine night stroll around the village he came across a basket with the old clan symbol on it. When he inspected the basket, to his surprise in it was a baby boy with strange markings on his body and a strange stone inscribed with an ancient text.
Neither the Harbinger nor anyone for the matter could read this long forgotten text.
He took the child in as his own and named him Ryujonara or Ryu for short, which meant "child of mystery".
