Blue eyes gazing up to the sky with a cup in her hand. Swords hung on the wall nearest to her. Lili sighed and took a sip of her coffee. She thought about a couple nights after she had turned fifteen.

Lili locked eyes with Devu, a starring contest. She glared at him, and he blinked. She gave a laughed.

"I knew I would win." she said. Mahi walked over.

"So, what did I miss?" she asked. Devu sighed before he replied.

"We had a starring contest...I lost."

"Wow. You always win against me." she told him. He frowned.

"Either way, pay up." she giggled. Devu leaned over and gave her a kiss.

"I get it." Mahi snickered. "I'll leave you two alone." she added, slowly, then left. Rain started to fall from the sky, soaking Lili and Devu. After the kiss, it was silent as they stood there in the rain, hands locked together. He looked at her and brushed the blond hair out of her face. He gave her another kiss then smiled and took her other hand in his own. Lili giggled. As the rain soaked through their clothing they laughed and kissed more.

She embraced the feelings she had when around him. He brought out a side in her nobody had ever been able to. She grinned and let the rain wash her face. It was cold and tingled as the sharp drops hit her skin. She felt a hand touch her shoulder.
"We should probably go inside before we get sick." Devu told her.

"I don't want to, it's so nice to stand in the rain with you." she responded. He smiled and shook his head.

"You never change, do you?" he asked. Lili shook her head no, her wet hair flying everywhere.

"Why should I?" she questioned. "I'm glad we're friends. I got my driving permit the other day, I'm taking you and Mahi for a drive soon." she replied. He put an arm around her.

"I'd enjoy that."

"I figured you might." Lili whispered. They stood there letting the rain wash over them again. It let up as they look at each other and smiled. He gave her a kiss, she let her body relax as their lips touched.

She smiled as she looked over and saw Garrus sleeping. She made her way over to her desk and pulled out an old paper book. She ran her fingers over the title and the name of the author. She looked at the picture and sat down. Her hands held the book so delicately as she turned each page. She smiled. It had seemed forever since she had read the book, but she remembered them well. Lili sighed and felt a hand on her shoulder. Lili turned to face him, her lips curved into a small smile as she looked at Garrus.

"What are you reading?" he asked.

"An old book. One my friends gave me a while back." she replied.

"What brought this up?" he asked.

"A dream I had. It was of years ago, when I was still with Devu." she told him.

"Right. You miss him and his sister, don't you?"

"Yes, but I know they watch over me. They're good friends. You how ever, are a good lover and listener." she replied, seeing the look in his eyes sadden. She put a hand on one of his. He looked up to her. Lili's blue eyes sparkled.

She relived her memories at some points, she thought it was an effect of her being rebuilt, but it wasn't, it was her, wanting to remember them.
